Andrew Dunbar, famously known for his time as the body double for Theon Greyjoy on the HBO hit TV series, Game of Thrones has passed away.
The actor, who was in his 30's, passed away on the eve of Christmas which is quite disheartening to hear. His family or friends is yet to reveal the cause of his death.
Furthermore, his family & friends announced the tragic news on the social media.
Meanwhile, Alfie Allen, whose body double was played by Andrew, paid his tribute to the fallen star via his Instagram account.
“Andrew Dunbar was an actor who was also a stand in as Theon on GoT. Extremely shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. To lose a loved one so young, I can only imagine what his family are going through. RIP Andrew xxx.”
In addition to Alfie, the head of crowd make-up, Pamela Smyth, also paid tribute to Andrew. She said, "Dunbar was “always professional and mannerly, with a big broad beaming smile. A beautiful soul – he will be missed by all the GOT family.”
