Amid speculations that Nadine Lustre was breaking up with partner James Reid, she herself came forward to shut down the rumors.

'On the Wings of Love' actress Nadine Lustre is currently in a relationship with her co-star James Reid and there were rumors on social media that they were splitting up.

The Filipino actress decided to clarify the issue by coming up on 'Tonight With Boy Abunda' on Monday and replying to the online gossips. The screen presented an inquiry back in June from a user on Twitter, and she was asked to address the speculations.

Nadine was not at all sorrowful as she replied back the host's question on the matter. In fact she, was high-spirited in saying that everything is okay between them. "Bakit ba noong hindi pa kami, gustong-gusto n’yo maging kami? Ngayong kami na, gusto n’yo kaming paghiwalayin. Ano ba talaga? What do you want?"

The statement translates to,

Why is that when we were not together yet, people wanted us to be a couple? Now that we are together, you want us to break up. What exactly do you want to happen? What do you want?

The FAMAS Best Actress Award winner then went on to admit that she often replies to negative comments online. When reportedly her awards were not seen in the trophy cabinet of Reid's home, fans began questioning if they were going through a rough patch.

Now it seems that the lustrous Lustre is absolutely fine with her on and off-screen boyfriend Reid. There's no need to speculate on it anymore.
