Investment from herself, her husband, and an outside investor resulted in the opening of the cold-pressed juice company Clover. Starting, the company took in a lot of inputs from potential customers and farmers, and after six months of research, the company started where they provided fresh juices.

Multiple locations around Los Angeles were the next step in their business model, and the company was successful. But in 2018, the company was rebranded, and instead of Clover, the whole thing became known as Little West. Cassandra runs the company, and it seems she found her calling as an entrepreneur.
