Cristiano Ronaldo delivers again for his team, and this time it is for his national football team. The Portuguese superstar scored two goals against Hungary during the opening match of Portugal in the ongoing Euro 2020. Portugal won the game 3-0.

And with these two goals, CR7 has broken another record. He became the highest-scoring player in the history of the Euro tournament with 11 goals. Not just that, he is also the first player to appear at five Euro tournaments.
The Portuguese captain is also the only player to score in five Euro tournaments. According to a tweet by ESPN FC, he's only 3 goals behind Ali Daei’s record for an all-time international goal scorer.
Cristiano's first goal came through a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. The goal gave Portugal a 2-0 lead as just a minute before, Raphaël Guerreiro's shot went in the corner of the net with the help of a deflection.
