Former Miss America and Wife of Bachelor franchise Creator Mike Fleiss, Laura Fleiss, Claims He Attacked Her During Pregnancy
In an odd turn of events, Mike Fleiss is now a subject of numerous controversy after his wife, Laura Fleiss physical abuse claim.
Former Miss American pageant winner, Laura, on Tuesday, filed for an emergency domestic violence restraining order against Mike.
In the documents, acquired by The Blast, she claims that Mike had physically attacked as he asked her to abort their second child. The statement in the document reads,
“While we were at our house in Kauai, Mike demanded that I get an abortion. Prior to July 4th, Mike threatened me that if I did not have an abortion, he would end the marriage.”
She further states,
"In addition, on July 4th, Mike made the following statements to me: ‘I am cutting you off financially Monday morning’; ‘You are paying for everything with your money’; ‘Next time I see you, I don’t want to see your stomach’; and ‘You have a choice, you can choose. Have an abortion or go back to Wisconsin, but you are not taking Ben."
The spokesperson from Warner Bros. who speaks for Mike revealed they are already of the matter and are looking into them.
The documents, filed by attorneys Samantha Spector and Lisa Meyer, reveals Laura is around 10-weeks-pregnant with their second child. They already share 4-year-old son Benjamin. Mike had recently filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
Laura also revealed over the last few weeks, Mike's frequently been physically attacking her. Moreover, it all started ever since she got pregnant with their second child.
She has also added many pictures of the alleged assault, many of which further confirms the accusation.
Well, it looks like The Bachelor series creator in all sorts of trouble now. Apart from the original series, he also created the spin-offs including The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and The Bachelor Winter Games.
Mike and Laura tied the knot on April 6th, 2014 in Malibu after meeting in 2012.
