Jeff Dye rumored to be dating 'Bachelorette's Clare Crawley after her split with Dale Moss: Exclusive story here!  

Comedian Jeff Dye and Bachelorette's Clare Crawley were spotted on a date earlier this month. Apart from the visual evidence of the duo's romantic outing, some insiders have verified the headlines. "They went on a date [to] a Lakers game early November," a source said. Dye was last in a relationship with Laguna Beach alum Kristin Cavallari, and Crawley recently called off her engagement with on-and-off boyfriend, Dale Moss.   

Back to the headlining lovebirds, a source reported Dye and Crawley were set up by mutual friends. "She was set up with Jeff since they have mutual friends," said the source, further adding, "Clare agreed to go on the date because she thought he was handsome." But fans shouldn't get too excited as it appears the pair aren't serious and just casually seeing each other.

The 38 years old comedian has declined the dating rumors. "Since my breakup, I basically just do comedy, write, yoga and watch late-night short films about romance," Dye told US Weekly. The comedian further adds, "I met Clare and she's awesome but if sitting by someone at a Lakers game means I'm dating someone, I guess me and my friend Richard have been in a relationship for years."

Though Dye's statements contradict insiders' reports, it is safe to say that the duo doesn't want their fling blown out of proportion. "They live in two different cities, so it's nothing serious," an insider said. Crawley is yet to comment about the rumors. She broke up with Moss in September.

"I'm choosing not to speak right now on the details of my relationship, because at the end of the day anyone can put on an ACT or throw words together to form any narrative they want," Clare wrote on her Instagram back then. Several sources have since reported that the reality television star has moved on from Moss and has been actively dating guys. Dye dated Cavallari briefly after she split ways from her husband, Jay Cutler.
