Reality TV star Lala Kent had Her First Date Since Breaking off her Engagement to Randall Emmett

Lala Kent reveals she had her first date since her split from Randall Emmett: Complete story here!  

Lala Kent described her latest date as "built like Superman." With an excited tone and the liner, the Vanderpump Rules star revealed she is back in the dating pool. While appearing on the Amazon live on Friday, Kent shared it was her first date since her split from fiance Randall Emmett in October 2021.  

Kent, 31, has been vocal and forthcoming about her relationship with director Emmett. The reality star has been similarly candid about the aftermath of her breakup and how she's reluctant to start dating yet. Kent shares she's still doubtful about jumping into her next romance; that's why she decided that her first date in months should be a group date.

"I'm going to spill tea right now. I have a date tomorrow night," Kent said in the live video. She adds, "It's a group date. I've said on my podcast a million times I'm not ready to go and date, but I feel like this will ease me in because it's a group setting." Describing her date's appearance, Kent says, "He is very tall. He is built — like superman — and has a lot of tattoos. And I like that; he's gentle. I'm very excited."

Kent's excitement was visible when she blushed, saying, "If he's watching this Amazon Live, I'm going to crawl into a hole right now. I would be so embarrassed. I'm, like, blushing even thinking about it." The actress's first date comes just days after she discussed her ex-fiance's terrible bedroom skills in her podcast, Give them Lala, with Melissa Gorga.

Kent said, "I had been sober for three years and had the same partner for almost six of them. I've had sex sober, which I couldn't wait to be over most of the time." Kent and Emmett got engaged in September 2018 and welcomed their daughter, Ocean, in March last year. The pair called off their engagement amid cheating allegations on Emmett. "I thought I knew that he was loyal to me. That's all I wanted," Kent said at the time.
