Liam Payne Single Again?

Liam Payne has called it quits with his on-off fiancee Maya Henry: Complete story!  

Aside from his long stint in the iconic English boy band One Direction, Liam Payne has also gained massive attention, not necessarily favorably, for something else besides his stellar career in the last few years, and you guessed it right, we are talking about the singer's precarious love life with model Maya Henry.  

Liam James Payne, 28, is a native of Wolverhampton, West Midlands. He rose to stardom as one of four members of the now-dissolved boy band One Direction, created by and under the record label of music mogul Simon Cowell in 2010. Since the boy band's dissolution in 2016, Liam has been thriving in his solo career, much like the other former members. Payne is now fully tattooed, a father of one, and his songs, a far cry from 1D's dance-sentimental pop songs.

The Strip that Down hitmaker has had his share of girlfriends and flings in the past. Until recently, Payne was in a healthy and happy relationship with the gorgeous model Maya Henry, with whom Liam has been in an on-off relationship since 2019. Henry is represented by Elite Model Management and has worked for Dolce & Gabbana, Elle Romania, Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam, etc.

Payne has been candid about his romance with Henry from the start. The two first sparked dating rumors in 2018, but it was only in September 2019 when the One Direction alum confirmed the speculation. Posting a snap of himself cuddling with Henry on a couch, Liam wrote, "Sometimes I don’t recognize this happy guy… sure glad you brought him back, though. This has been my most amazing release week to date," referencing his then newly-released song Stack It Up.

The smitten pair made their red carpet debut in December 2019 at the British Fashion Awards, and in August 2020, the twosome was engaged. "We're just really happy," Payne said during his virtual interview. "The last week I've had a birthday, my son has gone to school for the first time today, so it feels like a lot of firsts for me actually, which is great!"

Payne and Henry briefly split ways last year in June when the Stack It Up hitmaker cited his "not being good in relationships" as the reason behind their split. The twosome came back stronger later that year. "We're still here together, and we're very, very happy at the moment. Probably the happiest we've been," Liam said after patching things up with Maya. A similar bump has once again hit Liam and Maya's relationship.

The engaged couple has reportedly called it quits for the second time. Sources alleged the duo split ways almost a month ago, but the more shocking news is Payne is already strolling around with his new girlfriend. The 1D alum was recently spotted arms in arms with his new flame, Aliana Mawla, at Heathrow Airport. Maya is also isn't holding back her disappointment. "Please stop sending me these pictures of my fiancé wrapped around another woman," the model wrote on a post.

Payne's dating profile doesn't reveal a myriad of names, but it does include a handful. From teenage love and dating a friend to becoming an unwedded father, Payne has seemingly done it all. Liam's foremost publicly-known girlfriend is Danielle Peazer, who he met on the sets of X-Factor in 2010 and dated for two years.

Payne soon ventured into a romantic relationship with his friend Sophia Smith and got invested in that romance to the point that Smith dumped the singer. "Sophia felt that their relationship was at a point where they either decided to get married and settle down," an insider revealed at the time. Payne's next romantic partner was X-Factor judge Cheryl Cole, who he dated for over two years and even fathered a son during the period.

Payne's surprising relationship with Cole, who is ten years older than him, unveiled the singer's inclination towards older women. Even Liam's ex, Sophia, concurred with the opinion in an interview later on. "I wasn't shocked when it came out because they're in the same industry," Smith said about Payne and Cole's relationship, adding, "I'm five years older than him, so I know that he maybe has a thing for age gaps. I mean, look at her; I’d go out with her." Liam and Cole's firstborn, Bear Gray Payne, was born on March 22, 2017. The duo broke up in 2018.
