Nicki Minaj and Her Husband Kenneth Petty Sued For Harassing a Sex Assault Victim

Rapper Nicki Minaj and her Husband, Kenneth Petty, Faces a Lawsuit from a Sex Assault Victim: Complete Story Here!  

Nicki Minaj and her notorious husband, Kenneth Petty, are being sued by a woman. Kenneth, 43, is a registered sex offender. He had pleaded guilty to attempted rape in 1994. The victim, now 43, claimes Minaj and her husband harassed her to recant the allegations.  

Petty had served four-and-half years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting the then-teenager. In the lawsuit filed in the US District Court, the victim reveals the couple pressured her and even offered her money to revoke her story. According to TMZ, the woman her family were offered $20,000, then $500,000.   

The suit cites, Minaj and her husband harassed the victim to recant the allegations.

The paper further cites, Minaj also offered to send a 16th birthday video to the victim's daughter. The lucrative offers were declined, following which, the woman claims, she and her family started receiving harassing calls and even unsolicited visits.

The suit, which seeks unspecified damages, also states that the victim is hiding as she fears further retaliation from the rapper. Minaj and her legal team haven't responded to the claims yet.   The victim knew Kenneth from her neighborhood; the woman claims Petty raped her at knifepoint while going to school.

Petty, who also goes by the nickname Zoo, has a sordid criminal past. He and the Anaconda singer were childhood sweethearts. The couple secretly tied the knots in October 2019. Minaj and Petty welcomed their first child, a son nicknamed 'Papa Bear,' in September 2020.
