Olivia Culpo first rose to fame when she won the Miss Rhode Island USA competition during her sophomore year; Culpo says she didn't know anything about pageants and just enrolled herself in the competition for experience's sake. To her surprise, Culpo even got crowned the Miss Universe in 2012 and soon became a household name.  

Culpo is a well-known social media personality, influencer, model, and actress. Born on May 8, 1992, in Cranston, Rhode Island, Culpo has gradually expanded her career into modeling, acting and entrepreneurship. It is not just her work in the fashion and film industry that has cemented her celebrity, but her romances with high-profile stars have also catered to Olivia's stardom.

Culpo is known for romancing only the A-listers; at least, that's what her dating history suggests. The actress's current boyfriend is no exception and perfectly fits Culpo's type. The lucky man is no one other than Christian McCaffrey, a Panthers running back and reputed NFL star. The couple confirmed their romance in October 2019 after months of speculation.

The duo had started following each other in June that year, sparking dating rumors. In an Instagram live, Culpo revealed that she was skeptical of dating athletes, given her failed relationships with NFL player Danny Amendola from 2016 to 2018 and Tim Tebow in 2015. But the influencer eventually gave in to the pattern and started dating McCaffrey.

The couple's relationship ever since has been displays of PDAs and sweet tributes for each other on social media. McCaffrey, 25, is a native of Castle Rock, Colorado. He is the son of NFL wide receiver Ed McCaffrey. After a successful collegiate career at Stanford, McCaffrey was drafted by the Panthers in the 2017 NFL Draft.

The former Miss Universe recently opened about her relationship with the running back. Culpo and Christian are currently in a long-distance relationship, which has fans wondering how the pair is adjusting. When asked how the relationship with McCaffrey is going, Culpo responds, via her Instagram story, "Communication is the key," the model adds, "I feel like part of really loving someone is loving them enough to care about their dreams and aspirations as much as your own."

The Sports Illustrated model has dated a string of stars, mostly athletes and musicians, since shooting to fame. Olivia's first known flame is Ryan Lochte, an Olympic swimmer. The duo never confirmed their romance, but Ryan's statement had fueled the rumors in 2012. "She is beautiful. I love hanging out with her," the swimmer had said.

Culpo's next boyfriend was Nick Jonas, who she dated from 2013 and 2015. Culpo was reportedly the inspiration behind Jonas's hit song Jealous. Olivia was with NFL alum Tim Tebow for two months in 2015. The former couple's relationship made rapid headlines when Culpo dumped Tebow over his abstinent lifestyle, loosely said, Tebow's principle to refrain from sex before marriage.

After Tebow, Culpo started a relationship with another NFL player, Danny Amendola. They were in an on-and-off relationship from April 2016 to March 2018. Amendola later blamed Culpo's very open and public lifestyle as the reasons behind their split. "I believe there should be a boundary btw private life and social media," the NFL player ranted. Culpo last sparked dating rumors with musician Zedd.  

Culpo, her sister Aurora, and McCaffrey were recently halted as they prepared to board a flight to Cabo. The model was reportedly forced to throw on an item of clothing over her attire, which the airlines deemed "inappropriate."Thankfully, Olivia didn't have to run to any souvenir shop, as her boyfriend's hoody came for her rescue. Culpo detailed the whole debacle on her social media on Thursday.
