Sonni Pacheco Jeremy Renner's Ex-Wife Asking For The Full Custody of Their Daughter

Jeremy Renner is facing a predicament after his former wife filed for the full custody of their daughter.

US Weekly confirmed that Sonni Pacheco, whom Jeremy married back in 2014, filed her request to be granted the full custody of their 6-year-old daughter, Ava Berlin Renner, at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. The filing took place on September 10th.

The reports states she wants the sole custody of Ava and monitored visitation when Jeremy is spending time with her. The Canadian actress will be submitting her documents to the court on November the 7th.

Sonni is apparently vying for the full custody of their daughter, Ava.

Jeremy and Sonni got married in a secret ceremony in 2014, one year after the birth of their daughter. Upon his marriage with Sonni and welcoming a child, Renner gushed about becoming a father and said,

“It’s the best thing I have ever done — doing it later on in life. By then, I achieved a lot of things that I wanted to achieve. I’m so blessed for that.”

He further maintained, 

“Now I can really spend time with family,” he continued. “The only thing I think about when I’m not with my baby is, ‘How do I get to my baby?’ I need to get to her, and I’m very miserable when I don’t see her. I really love being a father.”

Sadly, his marriage with Sonni last long as she filed for divorce 10-months after the nuptials in January 2015. She cited irreconcilable difference.

The duo had a very heated custody battle over the daughter. At the time, a source close to Renner even claimed the Avengers: Endgame star is contemplating over the fact that she will run away from the country with their daughter.

The court announced the former flame will be sharing the custody of Ava and that Jenner is to pay $13,000 in child support every month.
