Everyone is coming back from the first two movies, well, everyone who survived the second movie and James Cameron is taking an active role in producing the film and a good director in Tim Miller coming to helm the franchise. So, the production company is bringing all the weapons in their arsenal to make sure the fans, who’ve been scorned and turned away by two decades of one mediocre outing after another, come back to give the franchise one more chance.

One of the actors coming back to the franchise for the first time after 'T2' is Linda Hamilton, who was the main protagonist of the first two James Cameron directed flick and then she was killed off-screen in 'Terminator 3' and Emilia Clarke playing a young 'Sarah Connor' in the last mediocre Terminator movie.
Finally, Linda Hamilton is coming back to play the role which launched her to the limelight and which also signaled, not so much her career’s end, but for her the career she envisioned for herself, ended. Now, after much persuading from the producer and the director of the movie, Linda will be seen for the first time as Sarah Connor in almost over three decades.

The actress spoke to Digital Spy about the possibility of coming back to the franchise and how intrigued she was after signing on to play the character. “I was intrigued by the number of years that have passed and knew that I could fill those years up with a really amazing backstory,” Linda said. “You might not hear about it, but you will see it on screen. I was very curious: who is Sarah Connor today.”
There are sure to be a lot of surprises when the movie arrives with everything after the second movie in the franchise, getting wiped off the board. The introduction of some characters needs to be in a unique way, and Linda is not spilling any beans, but she sure knows her character will bring some surprises. She said, “Yes, for sure, and it will shock the audiences as well.”
