Sadly, one new celebrity contracted the COVID-19. According to the report, the host of the 'Watch What Happens Next,' Andy Cohen, tested positive for the Coronavirus.

The Bravo TV's celebrity host announced the news on his social media. Taking to his Instagram on Friday, Andy uploaded a picture of himself with the message.

On his message, Andy wrote, "After a few days of self-quarantine, and not feeling great; I have tested positive for Coronavirus. As much as I felt like I could push through whatever I was feeling to do #WWHL from home, we're putting a pin in that for now so I can focus on getting better."

Andy Cohen further added, "I want to thank all the medical professionals who are working tirelessly for all of us and urge everybody to stay home and take care of themselves."

Further reports suggest, Andy previously wanted to run the show from his apartment in New York City, but it seems those plans are on hold. And these conditions, it's best he takes some time off and remain in self-isolation.

Following his post on Instagram, many of Andy's celebrity friends sent him well-wishes in the comments. Kelly Ripa wrote, "Oh no, Andy. I am so sorry; I love you." Amy Sedaris wrote, Oh Andy! I am so sorry." and Jake Shears wrote, "So much love to you, Andy. Take good care, and feel better. Sending you huge love."
