She was responsible for the channel’s coverage of the FIFA World Cup 2010, and then in 2011, she moved to Sky Sports, where she became the face of the News program.

Kate’s original name was Kate Giles, but she changed it to Kate Abdo after marrying her husband, Ramtin Abdo. She met Ramtin while her time in Germany, where he works as a real-estate developer. The couple got married in 2010 and are together ever since. They’ve been married for almost a decade now, but there is still no sign of a little bundle of joy in their lives.
