The Hills: New Beginnings star, Whitney Port, shared a devastating message with her fans, but the heartbreaking revelation was not without a silver lining. The star went through a miscarriage earlier this month; Port has been outspoken about her grieving process and development. While posing in a leopard print bikini, the fashion designer sends a positive message to her 1.5 million followers.
"Is it a thirst trap if I'm a mom?" Port writes in her story. She adds, "As women, we should always be proud of our bodies. Think about what we go through." Whitney initiates an optimistic message on Instagram as she starts, "Challenge: complement your body today." The mother of one also posted a close-up picture of herself and wrote, "Hey there stink face."

Port, 36, opened about her struggle with fertility and miscarriage on her podcast With Whit. "Today, we found out as a conclusion that the pregnancy was and is not viable,' Whitney said on the podcast. She further says, "I don't know why. I felt like I was feeling super hopeful from hearing that the baby had doubled in size last week, and I just felt like it was only up from here."

In a Youtube video posted on her page on November 17, Whitney shared some more details with her husband, Tim Rosenman. "When I had that ultrasound that looked like there was no embryo inside and the yolk sac was thin, that was maybe a sign of it not being healthy from the beginning," said the reality star. Port has suffered two miscarriages and a chemical pregnancy in the past.
