'Supernatural' final season is getting underway with the first episode of the 15th and penultimate season premiering the first of the 20 episode season tonight. But before the brothers could get on with the killing and the hunting there was a small errand they needed to run and it was to attend the wedding of their father.

Okay! Not their real father, because the actors Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are not related and neither of the two actors’ father is getting married. Well, except for their reel father from the show 'Supernatural,' Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who was getting married to his girlfriend of ten years and the mother of his two children.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan played the character of 'John Winchester' in the first two seasons and recently during the 300th episode of Supernatural. John is the father of 'Sam' and 'Dean Winchester' played by Jared and Jensen respectively so the two were invited by Jeffrey for his wedding and the two obliged.

Not only did Jared and Jensen attended the wedding, but they also sat down on the tattoo parlor, set up at the wedding ceremony for interested people to get tattoos, and got matching tattoos on their wrist. They did not reveal the tattoo all of them got together, but Jeffrey shared the image of the three sitting down and getting on the permanent ink to solidify their friendship forever.

Though the actor was only a supporting character in the show, Jeffrey played an important role in the series and he went out of the show in a perfect Winchester way. We never got to see the father of the Winchester kid in Jeffrey’s form during the next 13 years but then the actor returned to play the character one more time in the 14th season of the series.

During the 300th episode of the series, 'John Winchester' was pulled from the past into the present and there was a big family reunion with 'John,' 'Mary,' 'Dean,' and 'Sam' all sitting down for dinner together. This was a heartfelt moment in the series and a way for the characters to find closure in their stories.

It seems the friendship carried on into real life because not only were the two invited and the trio getting matching inks, Jensen also officiated the wedding with Norman Reedus, Jeffrey’s co-star on 'The Walking Dead.'

Along with the image, the actor shared a beautiful caption saying the three are connected forever. He wrote, “Me and @hilarieburton weren't the only ones joined for life.... @jaredpadalecki @jensenackles and myself will forever have a bond that is both special, and permanent," Morgan captioned three images in an Instagram post on Thursday, which shows him, Padalecki and Ackles all getting some ink on their wrists. "Love you both dearly. #jmb #spnfamily.”

Jared Padalecki also left a comment on the image saying, “Family who slays together, stays together. #kongsforever #spnfamily.” Reel's relationship changed in to a real relationship for the trio which is something unique and beautiful for all to see and the fans to cherish. 'Supernatural' fans were gushing about the relationship forged between the three and the whole thing give more weight to the bond they formed on camera.

'Supernatural' will continue for one final season with the surviving characters returning to the show one final time to say goodbye to the series. Jake Abel, the actor who played the character of Adam Milligan, half-brother of Sam and Dean Winchester, is returning to the final season with the three leading characters of the show making fun of the fact he’s been away from the show for almost 10 years in a video from the actors thanking fans for being on this crazy ride with them.

God is the main villain of the final season of the series and there seems to be no way out for the brothers, considering they are going up against 3 billion souls from hell. But the one thing about the Winchester boys is, they never give up and always put up a fight, whether it is to their own futility.
