Ben is a core member of Frat Pack, a group of comedic actors who've collaborated on many projects.  

Benjamin Edward Meara Stiller was born on November 30, 1965, in New York City, to celebrated comedians Jerry Stiller and Anne Meara. While foraging for success in the industry, Ben simultaneously looked for love, dating a host of famous names and co-stars until he met Christine Taylor. The pair enjoyed a blissful relationship until 2017 and have unexpectedly rekindled their romance after five years.

Taylor, 50, known for her credits in The Brady Bunch Movie, The Craft, The Wedding Singer, and Zoolander, married the New York-born comedian on May 13, 2000, and began their journey, on what they thought would be a companionship of a lifetime. The couple tied the knots in a picturesque ceremony in Hawaii and welcomed daughter Ella Olivia in 2002 and son Quinlin Dempsey in 2005.

After 17 years of marriage and two children later, Ben and Christine's relationship unraveled, and the couple called it quit in 2017.  The SNL alum remembers the time as an inevitable phase of his life when things start to crumble. Preceding the heartbreaking separation were events like Stiller losing his mother to a severe stroke and the comedian getting diagnosed with prostate cancer.

"With tremendous love and respect for each other and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate," the couple announced in a joint statement. Stiller and Taylor assured an amicable relationship between them and pledged to be devoted parents to their two kids.

After almost five years as an estranged pair, Ben and Taylor have rekindled their relationship, and the couple credits the pandemic and the imposed lockdown for bringing their family together. The Emmy-winning comedian says he has had his share of success and is currently more focused on his family.

Although Stiller and Taylor's reconciliation recently made it to the news, the actor/director reveals that they got back together during the pandemic. Stiller says he and Christine made the joint decision so he could see his kids during the lockdown. But little did the couple know the decision would reignite their withered romance.

"We were separated and got back together, and we're happy about that. It's been wonderful for all of us," the Mystery Man actor shared. He adds, "Unexpected, and one of the things that came out of the pandemic. Ben says after years of favoring his work against his personal life, it's time he places his family above.

Stiller also credits his 2016 film Zoolander 2, which wasn't a success, as one of the reasons he is navigating his life towards his loved ones. "If Zoolander 2 had been a huge hit, and then people were saying Zoolander 3! Do this movie, that movie," Ben explains. The actor reveals he won't run after shiny projects and instead will work on projects he has wanted to work on for years. Stiller is currently working on a documentary that'll unveil his parents' extraordinary life.
