Bill Gates' Red Alert - Says "The Pandemic in the US Has not Peaked Yet and Needs to Continue Lockdown"
Bill Gates warns The COVID-19 pandemic is yet to reach its peak, and the country needs to remain on lockdown.
Ex- CEO of Microsoft, Bill Gates, recently became a part of an online Ted Talk on 25th of March, 2020 hosted by Chris Anderson.
In amongst a series of questions asked, one was regarding what Gates would do if he were the president of the United States, and he had to deal with the worst pandemic the world's seen over 100 years?

To which the business tycoon answered that his top priority would be keeping people across America indoors to flatten the curve of coronavirus pandemic, basically in an attempt to slow down the virus from spreading.
Bill says, "The clear message would be that we have no choice to maintain this isolation and that's going to keep going for a period of time," He also added, "In the Chinese case, it was like six weeks, so we have to prepare ourselves for that and do it very well."

Back in the 2015 Ted Talk, Gates already did warn the world about the impact of a global pandemic and how we are not prepared to deal with any of it.
"We're not ready for the next pandemic, but there are advances in science that if we put resources against them, we can be ready." Sadly, very little was done,' as Gates recalled the previous talk.

Talking about the present situation in the United States, President Donald Trump advocated reopening the business on Easter Sunday to help crank up the U.S economy that spiraled down. However, experts cautioned that this might be a wrong move to the still spreading coronavirus crisis.

The good news is, Trump did halt on the decision and now will make further announcements only after consulting Dr. Tony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Although Bill Gates said, advice should be taken seriously because, according to the latest figures by Johns Hopkins University, the USA tests out more than 85,000 positive coronavirus tests.
