Blac Chyna Loses Defamation Lawsuit Against the Kardashians
A judge has ruled in favor of the Kardashians Blac Chyna's defamation case: Complete story here!
Blac Chyna vs. The Kardashian lawsuit is settled. The two days of deliberations saw a Los Angeles jury ruling in favor of the Kardashians in the $108 million defamation case Chyna had filed against the popular clan in 2017. Last Thursday, the case was passed to the jury at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in downtown LA, last Thursday and the verdict came on Monday, while the Kardashians were busy flaunting their fancy outfits at the annual Met Gala.
Model and socialite Chyna, real name, Angela Renée White, had a tumultuous relationship with her daughter's father and Kim Kardashian's half brother, Rob Kardashian, from 2016 to 2017, during which the duo got engaged as well. The pair's relationship was even portrayed in the reality series Rob & Chyna, which was as short as their relationship.
In the lawsuit, Chyna had accused the Kardashians of conspiring to damage her career.

The couple's spiteful breakup ended with Chyna filing the $108 million defamation suit against Kim, Kylie Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, and the Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner; all four of them took their stand against Chyna at various points in the nine days long trial. "I will not go into a toxic work environment. On my own show, I have the power to do that," Kardashian said in her testimony.

Chyna had alleged in her lawsuit that the Kardashian family conspired to damage her reputation and career by ending her reality series, but sources at the time claimed the reality series ended because of Chyna and Rob's breakup. Kim was the first name to be ousted from the defamation case on Friday as the jury agreed the KKW beauty mogul had made no defamatory or career-damaging remarks against Chyna.
The jury deemed Kardashians' action "wrong" but said no real damage was done to Chyna.

Although the jury deemed the Kardashian's treatment of Chyna "wrong," the conclusion was that none of the defendants were liable for any damage. Before the two parties' high-profiled trial kicked off this month, Chyna tweeted about unveiling the truth behind the Kardashians. "I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what happened behind closed doors — the lies that were told and the damage that was done,"
Chyna's tweet read. She added, "At the end of the trial, I'm going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me." Chyna's feud with the Kardashian-Jenner originally goes back to 2014, when beauty mogul Kylie started dating her ex-boyfriend, Tyga, with whom she shares her firstborn, King Cairo Stevenson, born in October 2012. Tyga recently clapped back at Blac over her no child support claim.
