The Dancing With the Stars pro explains, "I hope you can understand that I will not be commenting any further at this time and am asking for understanding and privacy." Burke further thanked her fans for their love and support. As per court documents obtained exclusively by People, the celebrity dance filed for divorce on February 18 at a Los Angeles courthouse. The reason behind their separation is cited as "irreconcilable differences."
While Burke continues to share insight on her marriage and separation, her now-estranged husband, Lawrence, in contrast, isn't speaking his mind, leading fans to speculate that the actor might have taken the split harder. Cheryl recently visited her wedding venue in California to reflect on everything going on in her life.

Posting a string of pictures, the model/dancer wrote, "Taking a few days alone to focus inward, reflect and try to feel my feelings -with my partner in crime of course," referring to her French bulldog, Ysabella.
