Following the release, Corey Taylor is also preparing to release his first solo album CMFT on October 2. And as shared by the artist, the album is a little special because it covers his life around music career and fame.

Cory, 46, shared the news after he shared that his other band Stone Sour is currently on 'indefinite hiatus'.

Well, regarding the fan question, Corey replied during an interview with SiriusXM

That's a good question. The honest answer is – I don't know. And honestly, it's because I really try to keep myself healthy, I try to keep myself clean. I'm still as into extreme music as I've always been. That's just a side of me that I've always been into. It's never hard enough; it's never crazy enough. And sometimes, the band has to calm me down when it comes to the stuff that I write.

Adding on Corey shared, he thinks that he's in a point where he's already accomplished enough and is rooting towards adding some new flavors to his music. Similarly, he feels a little afraid, too, when he thinks about it too.
