Cristiano Ronaldo's Social Media Post Raises Question on His Juventus Future

The Portuguese captain has stated that he has achieved everything he set out to accomplish with Juventus.

Cristiano Ronaldo's future at Juventus has become more and more unpredictable after his recent Instagram post. In his long post, he thanked his fans for taking part in his journey and said he values everything that the team has achieved this season, both individual and collective.

The 36-year-old completed his third season at the club and has one year left on his four-year contract, which he signed when he came to Turin in 2018. The mercurial number 7 joined the Old Lady from Real Madrid in 2018.

During these three seasons, Ronaldo has won two Scudettos, two Italian Super Cups, and most recently, the Coppa Italia. In terms of individual accolades, he has been named Serie A footballer of the year twice (2019 and 2020) and won the Capocannoniere (top scorer award) this season.

The Portugal captain added:

"With these achievements, I reached a goal that I had set myself since the first day I arrived in Italy: to win the Championship, the Cup and the Super Cup, and also to be Best Player and Top Scorer in this great football country filled with tremendous players, giant clubs and a very own football culture."

Cristiano scored his 100th goal for Juventus this season in 131 matches, the fastest Juve player to reach that number.

The former Real Madrid man also wrote:

"So, I'm very proud with this fact that has been widely replicated in recent days: Champion in England, Spain and Italy; Cup winner in England, Spain and Italy; Super Cup winner in England, Spain and Italy; Best Player in England, Spain and Italy; Best Scorer in England, Spain and Italy; Over 100 goals for a club in England, Spain and Italy. Nothing compares to the feeling of knowing that I've left my mark in the countries where I've played, and that I gave joy to the fans of the clubs I represented. This is what I work for, this is what moves me and this is what I'll always keep chasing for until the last day."

A few weeks ago, a short video was captured, showing Ronaldo's luxurious cars being moved inside a truck from his house in Turin.

Manchester United has shown some interest in resigning their legend. Ronaldo stayed at Old Trafford for six years before making a big-money move to Real Madrid in 2009.
