Danielle Cohn's New House Tour After Break-Up with Boyfriend, Etha Fair

Danielle Cohn loves everything about her new $4 million house, and it's fabulous, to say the least!

Danielle Cohn recently went through a rough patch when she broke up with her boyfriend Etha Fair, but it looks as if she found a pretty good way to cope with that. The teen icon recently bought a $4 million mansion and, doing what she does best, gave her YouTube fans an exclusive tour of the new manor. The villa itself is beautiful and matches Cohn's energy.

Cohn's new house spreads over a ginormous piece of land and sports an infinity pool with attached Jacuzzi in the back. Right into the beginning of the original house tour video, Danielle shows off the pool and the Jacuzzi and continues on the rest of the first floor of the house. On the first level of the mansion itself, there are two living rooms and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms for each. The unfurnished house looks humongous with nothing to fill in the empty spaces.

Both the formal living room and a more fun-kind living room in Cohn's new abode features a minibar and the later one opening up to a large open balcony. The central kitchen features multiple countertops and an attached dining room. The only furniture that came with the house resides here, a very antique looking dining table with matching chairs.

The staircase in the main living right after entering the front door leads up to the next level of the house. Taking aright turn leads to Danielle's master bedroom, which takes up a good chunk of the second-floor space. The epic bedchamber comes with a separated bathroom, shower, walk-in closet, bathtub, and also leads up to the second balcony of the home. The terrace sits right above the infinity pool and leads up to the game room and other bedrooms on the left.

The social media star and singer also shared a view of her pretty room, with white walls adorned with ocean-themed messages and hangings. She then went on decorating the room with her new shopping.

For a reportedly 15 years old girl to already buy herself such a beautiful, dreamy, and exquisite place of residence makes one a little jealous. Although Cohn states that she is 15 years in her YouTube channel, her father, Dustin Cohn, wrote a lengthy post on Facebook back on September 16, 2019, claiming that his daughter is, in fact, only 13 years of age. He also expressed his concerns about the lifestyle that Danielle chose to lead.

Whatever the case may be, one thing is for sure. Nothing uplifts one's mood like a shopping spree after a tragic heartbreak. In the case of Danielle Cohn, she went and got herself a huge mansion.
