Buffy the Vampire Slayer star David Boreanaz rose to global recognition playing Angel, a vampire-turned-private investigator on Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003). He also reprised the fan-favorite character in the drama's sequel Angel (1999-2004). Also, a director and television producer, Boreanaz, currently stars in the CBS's hit show Seal Team.   

Born on May 16, 1969, in Buffalo, New York, to television broadcaster Dave Roberts. After graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in filmmaking, David started his professional career playing extra. His early credits are Aspen Extreme, Married With Children, and Best of the Best II. Boreanaz is currently married to his second wife, and the tea is he reportedly cheated on her. Very little is known about David's marriage with his first wife, Ingrid Quinn, a social worker. David met her during the struggling years of his career. They were married from 1997 to 1999. Fans believe that Boreanaz cheated on Ingrid, but the social worker cited the cause to be irreconcilable differences.

Following their divorce in 1999, Boreanaz moved on with actress/model Jamie Bergman. They tied the knots on November 24, 2001. The pair have two kids, a boy, and a girl, Jaden Rayne and Bella Vita. In 2010, David admitted to cheating on Bergman with nightclub manager Rachel Uchitel, who was also involved in a cheating scandal with Tiger Woods.

But instead of expressing guilt, Boreanaz claimed his affair with Rachel saved his marriage. But fans criticized David for breaking his vows and because the actor had no intention of confronting his wife, had it not been his mistress who tried to extort him following their affair.

The actor said while Bergman was angry, she decided to work on their marriage. "In a sacred ground like marriage, you find yourself out of it at certain times for reasons unknown that can be destructive," David said. He further said, "Do I believe in giving up? No, I don't. I'm a fighter. I'm a lover."

She met Boreanaz at Valentine's Day party at the Playboy Mansion in 2001. Both David and Bergman sat down for an interview with People when the world learned about Boreanaz's infidelity. "My first reaction was, I'm leaving David," Jamie Said. "But realizing that if there's an ounce of love, we need to work on it for us," the former model said.
