In the late 1990s, Albert was indicted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for tax evasion. He hid over $1 Million, justifying it as business expenses from 1988 to 1997, and was caught by the authorities. 

Later Jeanice called the investigation invasive and hostile during a press conference. However, Mr. Pirro was finally found guilty and received a twenty-nine months-long sentence. He was given little forgiveness and got only seventeen months. 

Previously Albert was accused of fathering a Florida woman's daughter. Despite denying all of these accusations, it was revealed that he was an actual father through DNA testing. The former celebrity husband, Albert, was ordered to pay child support to the mother of his child in 1998.

A New York Supreme Court judge ruled in a suit against Fox News but dismissed allegations against Jeannie. In November 2017, the judge was pulled over while driving 119 miles per hour. She pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay $300 plus a $93 surcharge for the event.
