Inter Milan are the Champions of Italy

Inter Milan have won the Scudetto after no league title for 11 years.

Inter Milan have won their 19th Serie A title this season after their 0-2 win over Crotone on Saturday. This is their first win since the treble-winning campaign of 2009-10 when Jose Mourinho was the manager.

Now the Scudetto has been brought to Inter Milan by Antonio Conte, eased by the draw of 1-1 by the second-placed Atalanta against Sassuolo on Sunday. This has given the Milan team a 13-point advantage at the top of the table with still four games left to play.

This season's Inter Milan team was outstanding and succeeded in ending Juventus' domination in Serie A. The team boasts the best defensive record in the league and has a +45 goal difference, the maximum in the division.

For the manager Antonio Conte, it's his fourth Serie A title, equal to Carlo Carcano as the fifth most Serie A-winning manager. Above him are Fabio Capello and Marcelo Lippi with five, Massimiliano Allegri with six, and Giovanni Trapattoni with seven.

In the game against Crotone, goals from Christian Eriksen and Achraf Hakimi secured the victory for Inter Milan. Inter Milan fans have been enjoying the league win and have taken to the streets of Milan to celebrate.
