The Old Lady won a crucial Derby d'Italia match as they went past their arch-rival.
Juventus won 3-2 over Inter Milan in a game where the referee gave three penalties. Juve and Inter faced off in the 37th matchday of Serie A at Juventus Stadium. With the victory, the Turin-based club has kept its hopes of playing the next season's Champions League alive.
As many expected, it was an exciting game from the beginning, and it was Juve who drew the first blood after they were awarded the penalty in the 23rd minute. Initially, the referee did not grant the penalty to the home side, but after taking a look at VAR, Giorgio Chiellini was brought down by Matteo Darmian. The referee was compelled to point at the spot.
Of course, Cristiano Ronaldo stepped up to take it, but his efforts were saved brilliantly by Inter's keeper Handanovic. However, the Portuguese forward got the rebound and tucked it into the net.

Just when everyone thought the match was ending all square in the first half, Juan Cuadrado smashed an incredible goal from the edge of the box in the last play of the game.
Just ten minutes into the second half, it was a disaster for Juventus as they were reduced to 10 men after Rodrigo Bentancur, who was already on a yellow card, received another booking and was sent off.

Szczesny made some brilliant saves to keep his side's lead. It was late drama in the game as Inter scored a goal in the 83rd minute, but it was ruled against Lukaku for committing foul on Chiellini.
After consulting with the video assistant, the referee checked on the video for clarity and found the striker not grabbing the defender, and the goal was allowed to stand.
The Bianconeri's hopes of getting a win from the match were looming away as Cristiano Ronaldo, and Federico Chiesa were both substituted by Andrea Pirlo.
Cuadrado went to the right wings of the Inter's box and was brought down by Ivan Perisic's tackle. The referee immediately pointed his hand for a penalty.
