Kacey Musgraves Intentionally Made Her Christmas Show Sad

Kacey Musgraves intentionally made her Amazon special show sad.

Kacey Musgraves' Amazon Christmas show just came out on November 29, and she has some friendly warning for the show.

The 31-year-old singer said she purposefully made her show sad because she has a different view of the holiday seasons. And in fact, she is not entirely wrong.

Kacey, who was once slammed for not standing during Reba McEntire's performance, explained she wanted to create something that genuinely represents the holidays. And according to her, holidays can be depressing for some reason.

According to some researchers, the winter or let's say a cold climate does impact on people's behavior. (Wearing leggings is such a headache!) The research says cold weather brings sadness in people, and there's where our girl, Kacey, is spot on.

The block party rocker - Kacey, talking to one of the media outlets, said, "There’s an odd little tip of sadness in the show because I also feel like the holidays aren’t always happy."

Moreover, she added, "I think consumerism makes you feel like you should be [happy], and that’s not always possible. So I wrote a song, and that’s got a moment."

Well, just because Kacey said it's sad, you should not avoid it. The show promises to see one of industry's finest, Kendall Jenner, Troye Sivan, Lana Del Rey, Camila Cabello, and Leon Bridges.
