Lindsey Lagestee Dies at the age of 25

Days after struggling with life or death, Lindsey Lagestee passed away!

One of the up and coming country singers, Lindsey Renee Lagestee has tragically passed away on Monday, February 17, 2020, her band Dixie Crush revealed.

The late singer was hit by a car while she was going for Valentine's Day performance. She was taken to the hospital where after several days, she lost her battle.

Her band, Dixie Crush which is often dubbed as "the Midwest's Ultimate Country Party Band" said in their official statement,

"Above and beyond her beautiful voice, Lindsey just had a way of connecting with every audience leaving an indelible impression. Not only would she give an amazing performance, but after every show, Lindsey would come offstage, take time to meet anyone who wanted to say hi, take pictures, and build friendships."

The band also mentioned Lindsey was also one of the founding members.

Fans remember Lindsey as a performer who cherishes each and every moment and makes everything count. Be it 40,000 people, or a few thousand or hundreds, it never made any difference for the singer.

Lindsey was never married but was in a relationship with her boyfriend Kevin Machak. Her obituary states she was the daughter of Vaughn and Linda (nee Pratscher) Lagestee.

She has three siblings Samantha Staley, Carrie Byrns, and Lauren Lagestee.

A funeral service has been organized on February 22, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Faith Church.
