Quentin Tarantino welcome First Kid with Wife Daniella

The Academy-Award winning director is a father!

Known around the world as one of the method directors, Quentin Tarantino and his wife Danielle has welcomed their first one.

The couple became a proud parent of a baby boy on Saturday. Interestingly, the child was born in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Tarantino's reps first revealed the big news to TMZ and E! News. Initially, the duo revealed they are going to become parents back in August 2019.

Back then, in an exclusive interview with the PEOPLE, the couple said, “Daniella and Quentin Tarantino are very delighted to announce that they are expecting a baby.”

The pair has been dating ever since meeting in 2009 in Israel. At the time, Quentin was there to promote his movie, Inglorious Basterds.

Later on, the lovebirds decided to take it up and notch and got engaged in 2017. Subsequently, next year in 2018, they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony alongside their friends and family.

Well, it looks like this new responsibility comes at a time when Quentin is all set to call off his career. As many of us already know that the director has said so in the early days of his career that he will be directing a total of 10 films and then call it quits.

With Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, he has now done 9 films leaving just one so it is quite apparent, he'll be quite involved with his family now.

This year's Oscars also earned Quentin a nomination for the Best Director. His movie Once Upon a Time in Hollywood won the 2020 Golden Globe Awards in the category Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy and Best Screenplay.
