Madonna Lists her Los Angeles estate for $25.9 million

Madonna's sprawling estate in the hidden hills of the Los Angeles area is now up for sale for $25.9 million. The estate consists of a 12,000-square-foot main house, two massive two-bedroom guesthouses, and comes with perfectly lined olive trees in the driveway. The pop queen had bought the stunning property from Canadian singer The Weeknd for $19.3 million in April 2021.  

The home is now listed to Trevor Wright of the Beverly Hills Estates, and as per the listing, the lavish abode includes everything a human mind can ever imagine for an expensive lifestyle. The listing reveals the house has seven bedrooms, an indoor/outdoor bar, a dining room filled with an abundance of natural light, a spacious kitchen, a music lounge, a stunning wine cellar, a full-size basketball court, and everything material from a spa, home theatre, saltwater pool, Cabana, and more.

The estate's history reveals The Weeknd had purchased the property for $18.2 million in 2017. The Starboy crooner has since relocated to a fancier Bel Air mansion which he bought for $70 million in mid-2021. Madonna has also added some of her special touches to the Hidden Hills estate in the few years she has resided there, which includes a home gym and a dance studio.

The Hidden Hills area is one of the celebrity's favourite neighbourhoods and is home to stars like Kylie Jenner, Justin Bieber, and Kim Kardashian. The Like a Virgin hitmaker owns an impressive real estate portfolio. She has flipped many of them throughout the years and has made staggering profits. Madonna once owned six properties in London, though it isn't clear how many of them the singer still holds.   

Madonna has added a little bit of her own touch to the Hidden Hills estate.

Madonna's biggest property purchase is perhaps the 12,000 square-foot townhouse she bought for $32 million. The multiple Grammys winning singer also boasts a property in Bridgehampton, New York.
