Manny Khosbin should be the poster child of the American dream and the rise from rags to riches because of what he’s been able to achieve in his life since moving to the States as a 14-year-old boy. Manny Khosbin, an immigrant, went from needing to learn English to owning over $200 million worth of real estate portfolio.

The real estate mogul was born, Manuchehr Khoshbin, on 14 January 1971 to his parents in Iran, where he lived for over 13 years, and then during the Iranian regime change, his father decided to leave the country for better opportunities for themselves. The whole family moved to America in 1984, and the real estate company owner talked about the struggles of growing up in the US during the early days.

Manny needed to live in a car with his parents and three siblings while his father worked to save for an apartment they could rent. Growing up in America, he worked in K-Mart and he suffered from bullying in school but there was a work ethic in the actor which helped him build the empire we see before us, and he was not only able to make a hundred million dollar empire, but he was also able to start his own family with his wife, Leyla Milani.

The sports/luxury car enthusiast was also not looking to come back to an empty mansion when he was done making millions in the day. Manny first met his future wife, Leyla Milani, through Facebook, and to this day, the model revealed they call their relationship “love at first poke,” referencing the poking system of Facebook.

Many and Leyla met on social media, and just like his life and career took off with the rise in social media, it also allowed the real-estate mogul’s personal life to take off. After meeting on Facebook, the two decided to meet in person, and they did soon after. The social media profile was true in real life also, and the two formed an equally tight bond in real life.

After the first meeting, the couple knew they shared something special between them, which turned the first date into multiple dates. Leyla was working as a model on the show 'Deal or No Deal,' and she also appeared in WWE Raw commercials, but by the end of 2010, she was turning down offers to work in network television.

Manny knew their relationship was going somewhere, which is why he proposed, and the couple got married in 2011. The lovebirds finally made their relationship official after walking down the aisle, and soon, the small family of Khoshbin grew.

The couple’s first child, a daughter, was born first, followed by their son, and the family lives in Newport Beach, California. The couple shares a beautiful bond, and they are both car enthusiasts, which Leyla attributes to their long relationship. They’ve been together for more than eight years, and they are showing no signs of letting go any time soon.

Manny got his real estate license after he was swindled out of his savings by a friend, and he soon started to flip properties and make a lot of money, which resulted in him opening his own firm. He was making over $100,000 from each flip of a property, and this only expanded more as he started to buy more and more properties.

Not only properties, though, he is also a car enthusiast and buys a lot of rare cars which he uses to decorate his office. He once bought a Koenigsegg Phoenix, which was the fasted street legal car available, and only 25 were made by the company. He modified the car, and soon, Manny sold the car he bought for $2.2 million for $4.1 million. Manny made $1.9 million in profits in less than six months of buying the car.
