She has previously revealed that she felt unhealthy, lost, and uncomfortable with her weight gain, showing off her body in an orange outfit. 

Posing in the mirror, the reality star took a sad selfie and placed her hand on her stomach. In another clip, she wowed her fans with ripped abs in a blue bikini during the photo shoot. Regarding the changes, she expresses gratitude towards her trainer, Lisa Welham, and nutritionist, Amanda. Many people rushed into the comment, claimed the photo had been photoshopped and gave her several nasty comments. 

The reality star quickly responded, stating, 

'So guys, everyone is talking about my recent picture and the skirting boards. so I was standing here when I took the picture, I am getting Casey to be an example, and as you can see, the skirting board looks the same." 

Besides all the negativity, some people have praised and congratulated Simpson for her progress. Currently, she enjoys her new lifestyle and often posts her beautiful figure on her social media accounts.
