Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington Confirmed Their Romance, Detail About their Relationship

Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington pack on PDAs: Inside their relationship!  

Nadiya Bychkova is a Ukrainian-Slovenian dancer who rose to fame from Strictly Come Dancing, the British television show she joined in 2017 and reached the quarter-final with actor Davood Ghadami. After finishing sixth place in the competition, Bychkova returned on Strictly, and this time, formed a partnership with actor/ singer Lee Ryan.   

Bychkova was born on August 24, 1989, in Luhansk, Ukrainian. Nadiya became a Strictly family, as a two-time world champion and Latin 10 Dance. She also boasts multiple Ballroom and Latin-American dance Championships and has competed in the Bosnian version of Strictly Come Dancing. These days, the stunning blondie is in the news for her PDA-packed relationship with fellow Strictly dancer Kai Widdrington.

Action speaks louder than words, the exact adage Bychkova and Widdrington have stuck with as they share a passionate kiss in a public place. The Strictly professionals tried avoiding the questions since they sparked dating rumors earlier this month. But it seems the pair have confirmed their romance as they pack on PDAs in the lobby of Newcastle's Malmaison hotel.

The lovebirds enjoyed a little cozy time together at the hotel in Gateshead, where the Strictly stars are residing at the moment, before joining the fellow dancers in the Strictly Live Tour. A source reported, "They didn't seem to care who could see them. It's clear they're massively loved up." The source further adds, "Nadiya and Kai met away from the other dancers and celebrities, who were a mile up the road in the Travelodge."

For anyone wondering why two perfectly compatible people, not to mention single, would try to cover their romance. The best argument put forward in their defense is that the duo doesn't want the media to spread more gossip about their private lives. Both Nadiya and Kai have recently come out of a serious relationship with their previous partners and perhaps don't want to jump-start another romance publicly.

Widdrington, 26, is an English dancer and choreographer. A native of Southampton, Englan, Kai is the son of former football player Tommy Widdrington. Kai completed Britain's got Talent in 11th place in 2012 and reached the semi-finale on its eighth series. Widdrington was the foremost professional dancer to enter the Dancing With the Stars in 2017 and since has partnered with Anna Geary, Demi Isaac Oviawe, and Grainne Gallanagh throughout.

Before she began her romantic venture with Widdrington, Nadiya was engaged to Slovenian footballer Matija Škarabot. The duo reportedly dated for many years and even welcomed a daughter, Mila, in 2016. While they dated, the now-estranged couple didn't give much insight into their personal life but would often post about their love for their daughter.   

Kai is fresh out of a five years-long relationship with a fellow dancer.

"Happy birthday to our precious daughter; you give us a thousand reasons to smile every day always remember how much you are loved," the Strictly dancer wrote, sharing a picture of Mila in June 2020. As per sources, the soon-to-be-married couple called quits as their long-distance relationship took a toll on their individual lives.

The Strictly beauty was married to Russian dancer Sergey Konovaltsev for two years. Like his new girlfriend, Kai, too recently ended a long-term relationship. In July 2021, reports emerged stating that the dancer had broken up with Giulia Dotta, a fellow Strictly professional he started dating in Spring 2016.

The pair kept their affair pretty low-profile, and just when their friends and family were expecting the next step in their long-going relationship, they called quits during the lockdown. Kai also sparked dating rumors with A J Odudu, mainly because of their sizzling chemistry on stage, but the pair vehemently denied their relationship to be anything more than colleagues.
