In the research by Oxford and Yale, they state that physical and mental health is more important than money. This is clearly defined by an old proverb which goes "Health is Wealth."

In the study by The Lancet, scientist surveyed more than 1.2 million people as an experiment to find out the result of active people and inactive people where they started with some questions such as,
"How many times have you felt mentally unwell in the past 30 days, for example, due to stress, depression, or emotional problems?"
Furthermore, the participants had a variety of physical activity listed from normal daily walk to fitness studio exercises, additionally, the participants were questioned about their income level.

As a result, they concluded that the person who exercises regularly has less chance to suffer from any physical and mental problems including depression and tends to gravitate a happier and successful career and social life than non-active members.
