Sergio Aguero Joins Barcelona on a Free Transfer
The Argentinian forward has joined from Manchester City.
Barcelona has announced that they have reached an agreement with Sergio Aguero to join the club.
The former Atletico Madrid player will sign a two-year contract, which will keep him until the end of the 2022/23 season. Barca has set his buy-out clause at €100 million.
The Spanish club has also announced that their new player has also passed his medical.

The 32-year-old left Manchester City after ten years of stay at the club. He enjoyed a trophy-laden spell at Etihad Stadium, where he won five Premier League titles, six League Cups, and one FA cup.

For the Sky Blues, he scored 260 goals in 390 matches in all competition. He is the highest goal scorer in the club's history. He played his last match for City as a substitute a few days ago in the Champions League final against Chelsea. City lost against Chelsea 1-0.
Sergio Aguero and Lionel Messi are best friends.
The signing of Aguero will give the much-needed boost to Barcelona's attack for which they struggled much of last season. He will reconnect with his longtime friend and countryman Lionel Messi, who will surely love his arrival.
