Son Sues Parents For $87K After They Destroy His Porn Collection

Son sues his parents after they disposed of his massive porn collection!

Just when we think, things couldn't get weirder, in a one of a kind lawsuit claim, a resident of Indiana sued his parents because they destroyed his precious porn collection.

The lawsuit filed in Michigan Federal Court explains that soon after he moved out of his parent's house while they sent back things, they forget to send his treasure and soon his father claimed they've destroyed his collection.

Well, it was a huge setback for the man as he'd collected VHS Tapes, 1,600 DVDs, 160-plus CDS, and over 50 sex toys over the course of many years.

According to the legal documents, the man lived with his parents at their residence in Grand Haven, Michigan following a divorce for 10-months. He also stated that he and his parents got involved in a domestic incident in August 2017, leading his parents to kick him out of the house and he relocated to Indiana.

Sometime later, his parents delivered boxes of his items in it but he noticed his huge pornography collection was missing. He then contacted his parents about it and they told him it is all destroyed. His father mailed him,

"I do not possess your pornography. It is gone. It has been either destroyed or disposed of. I may well have missed a few items that are now in your possession but, at this point, if you don't have it, it is gone."  

His sex toys also met with the same fate, the father maintains. You might be surprised to know but his parents destroyed 12 boxes worth of collection. Well, one couldn't properly put a value on the collection, but 12 moving box collections are out of this world.

The father ended his long and so-called harsh mail by claiming they did a favor by destroying the collection as it had taken a huge toll in his physical and mental well-being.

The man puts his collection's price at $10,000 to $30,000. But he is suing his parents for $87,000 because the damage is not limited to his collection as he faced a lot of pain and suffering because of its absence.
