Regarded as an inspiration for newcomers or aspirants with no entertainment background, Haddish's perceived image is being questioned as the Girls Trip actress draws her first-ever scandal.

Fans have seen a lot of Haddish in the last few years. Just this year, the actress starred in the comedy film Easter Sunday, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, and Phat Tuesdays: The Era Of Hip Hop Comedy. Tiffany Haddish Sued for Molestation!

In a complaint filed on Tuesday in California's Superior Court, a woman under the pseudonym Jane Doe and her younger brother, identified as John, have lodged a molestation suit against Haddish and comedian Ariel Spears. In her lawsuit, the alleged victim and her brother claim the comic duo coerced them to take part in sexually explicit when they were 14 and 7.

In the filing, the plaintiff claims Haddish, a longtime family friend, coerced them into taping a sexually suggestive Subways commercial by selling fake dreams. The plaintiff also causes Spears of molesting the then-7-year-old on film and the Girls Trip alum of aiding, abetting, and watching Spears sexually molest a child.

Tiffany's attorney, Andrew Brettler, has debunked the accusations as bogus claims, citing plaintiff's mother "has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years." Brettler adds, "The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action."
