Sydney was born three years before the turn of the century in Spokane, Washington, to her mother, who is a lawyer and father who works in the medical field. While working, she also managed to find time for her education and finished high school soon after, and then to her parents’ joy, she joined a college to get her Bachelor’s. 2. Sydney Tries to Set Her Brother up with Girlfriends and Relationship Dates
Sydney shares a close bond with her younger brother Trent E. Sweeney and the two share cute pictures of the brother and sister together. They also go on vacations together, and Sydney tries her best to set her brother up with dates by saying her brother is single and ready to mingle. Sydney does not reveal whether she is in a relationship herself, but she does like to push her brother to find his special someone.

The HBO drama about the teenage life of Gen-X’s was an instant hit among the fans and critics, and the show caused a lot of eyeballs to fall across Sydney.
