Lisa Kleinman is happily married to her husband, Casey Jost. Her husband Casey is an American TV actor, writer, musician, and producer best known for his work in the comedy reality show "Impractical Jokers."

It is not learned how the two first met but revealed on her February 15, 2021, Instagram post the "UCB Comedy Originals" star told they had been together for almost 12 years. So, it must be around that time they began dating. 

The love birds walked down the aisle in the presence of their close ones on June 21, 2014. The wedding ceremony took place at The Liberty Warehouse in New York. Reverend Michael Cox officiated their marriage.
