A$AP Rocky Has Officially Been Charged With Assault In Connection To An Incident In Stockholm

A$AP Rocky is facing up to six years in prison after he was officially charged with assault.

The A$AP Rocky saga is taking a turn for the worse as the prosecutor for the state is filing charges against the rapper for the incident from last June 30. This means the rapper whose real name is Rakim Mayers will stay in custody of the Swedish government after he was already held in prison for more than two weeks.

The rapper was involved in an incident along with two members of his crew on June 30 when they beat up two guys following them. A$AP posted two videos of the guys following the rapper and his crew after repeatedly being told not to follow the group. In another video, people can clearly see one of the stalker hitting a member of A$AP’s security with what appears to be a pair of headphones. Well, now the prosecutor is saying they are not pressing any charges against the two men and say the two were “acting in self-defense,” which is clearly not the case.

In the video above you can clearly hear a girl saying that the guy grabbed her and her "girlfriends ass" but they are the ones not being charged and A$AP and his friends get to go to jail.

Daniel Suneson, the public prosecutor for the state, said in a statement (which is a translated version);

I have today commenced criminal proceedings against the three individuals suspected of assault causing actual bodily harm, having come to the conclusion that the events in question constitute a crime and despite claims of self-defense and provocation. In reaching this conclusion, I have studied the videos made available to the inquiry. It is worth noting that I have had access to a greater amount of material than that which has previously been available on the internet. In addition to video material, the injured party’s statements have been supported by witness statements.

As for what additional video the white prosecutor is referring to was not disclosed to the public and a black man is still held inside a prison while the assaulting white men who were also accused of groping women were free to go.

The videos which the whole world is witness to clearly show two stalkers following the artist and his crew and then initiating the fight but it seems only A$AP is being blamed for the incident. The two men were said to be acting in self-defense, but then the security person of A$AP who allegedly picked up the two stalkers by the neck was free to go. So, the two accusers who instigated the fight were free to go, the security person who allegedly started the fight was free to go, but then a black artist who was filming the video is being charged for protecting himself.

The family of the rapper and his cousin and friend said they just want their kids back and also said they were not the instigators but the victims of the crime by the two white criminals who were let go.

This incident got a lot of traction after Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West got involved and called the White House to get help from President Donald Trump. Relating to the incident, the President said, “Sweden is a great country, they are friends of mine, the leadership, we are going to be calling. We will be talking to them. We've already started.” And the First Lady also assured everyone they were “working with Sweden, and we hope to get him home soon.”

President Trump's request, it seems, were ignored as political pressures can not influence the judicial system. The Prime Minister of Sweden, Stefan Lofven, said as much after talks with President Trump.

President Trump even went as far as to vouch for A$AP saying he will no jump bail and he should be given bail. The problem with setting a bail amount for A$AP Rocky is there is no bail system in Sweden.

This is a clear case of racial discrimination as you can probably remember the arrest of G-Eazy in Sweden last year for cocaine possession and fighting a bouncer. He was released a day later, but here there is a clear case of two messed up assholes following the black rapper and his friends, and when they act in self-defense, they are held in prison for over two weeks without charges. If that isn’t racism, then nothing is, even G-Eazy agrees as he supported A$AP Rocky.

A$AP Rocky is an innocent man, and he should be freed because the whole world knows he did nothing wrong. White women gropers and fight instigators go free, but a black man protecting himself is thrown in prison and faces up to six years in jail, that is not a fair justice system, that is modern slavery.
