Silverstone revealed she'd be hosting iHeartRadio's The Real Heal.

"I am super excited for the next step in my kind journey, hosting the Real Heal," Alicia wrote. Describing the podcast's focus, Silverstone adds, "It is a podcast dedicated to healing ourselves, our communities, and our planet, and inspiring healthy living." The mother of one reveals the podcast will premiere on March 10.

Reflecting on her journey in life, Silverstone writes, "Hosting this podcast is a natural extension of my own experiences as a long-time vegan, health advocate, wellness activist, author, and creator of my kind Organics."  "This podcast is dedicated to healing ourselves, our communities, and our planet, and to inspire healthy living, too," the actress/activist concludes. Alicia is gearing up to headline the upcoming thriller Reptile, which also stars Justin Timberlake and Benicio del Toro.
