Andrew Garfield's high-profile dating history: Is the actor dating anyone in 2021?  

The disclosure on the ongoing confusion whether actor, Andrew Garfield, will star in the upcoming Spider-Man movie or not was recently made. Tom Holland revealed Garfield wouldn't join him in the upcoming Spider-Man: No Way Home, nor will Tobey Maguire, but Andrew's fans need not be sad, as the actor has added many high-profile projects in his upcoming lists, and also his recently-released Tick, Tick. Boom! has outperformed the expectations.  

Andrew Russell Garfield was born on August 20, 1983, in Los Angeles, California. He started his acting career in theatre and soon landed his debut onscreen role in the British drama Sugar Rush. Garfield got his breakthrough in Doctor Who, but he rose fast to fame with Channel 4 drama Boy A, garnering a BAFTA nomination. The English-American actor is reportedly in a relationship.

The Amazing Spider-Man fame is off the market. Andrew was recently spotted on a public outing with his new rumored girlfriend, Alyssa Miller. Garfield hasn't confirmed his new flame yet, but does he need to? Wearing a blue coat and a baseball cap, Andrew is pictured holding Miller's hands, who can be seen wearing jeans and a yellow sweater.

Miller, 32, is a model. She has been featured on Vogue, Elle and worked as a Guess spokesperson. It is unknown how and when the model started dating the Spider-Man actor, but Alyssa and Garfield have made several public appearances this month. She accompanied Garfield during his promotional rounds for Tick, Tick. Boom!.

It is still early to say if the Academy-Award-nominated actor is serious about Miller. It could very well be a fling, as the actor has confessed himself about being a little fickle when it comes to love. "Yes, I do believe in love at first sight but I also believe that you would love absolutely anybody if you knew their story," Garfield said during a Q & A.

The BAFTA-winning actor perhaps can be dubbed a player. Since starting his journey in showbiz in 2004, Garfield has consistently sparked dating rumors, sometimes with his co-stars. The actor's notion of love and relationship is quite unconventional. "I believe that the modern notion of romantic love is seriously misguided," Andrew shared. He adds, "I believe it's possible for all of us to be in love all the time with ourselves and everyone around us."

Garfield's first known relationship was a surprise; in 2011, the English American actor revealed that he was dating Emma Stone, his co-star from The Amazing Spider-Man. It didn't take fans long to stan the adorable pair, and soon they were the 'it couple.' The two called it quits in 2015 but remain good friends to date. "There's so much love between us and so much respect. I'm her biggest fan as an artist," Andrew told Vanity Fair.

In 2018, the actor was romantically linked with singer Rita Ora. They were pictured walking arm-in-arm during Christmas Eve and several times after that. The two never confirmed nor denied their romantic affair. Garfield's last known flame was actress Susie Abromeit.
