Just like Bianca's accidental career in wrestling, she found her love in WWE in the sweetest coincidental way. A year after she joined WWE, her now-husband Kenneth Crawford, ring name Montez Ford, joined the company, and they are now married for 3 years. 

Only African-American woman to ever win the Royal Rumble, Belair revealed that Montez was the first person; she felt grateful for his unconditional support.

Belair and Montez's relationship bloomed when the duo worked together in WWE's development brand NXT for two years.  

The two were really public about their romance and were called the epitome of couple goals while they were dating each other, and the title still hasn't changed after all these years. Belair and Montez got engaged in June 2017 and were married by June 2018. 

Bianca is way ahead in her career, unlike her husband, who is still an unnotable name in the industry. Montez is a father to two children from his previous wife.
