Best known for the Fox series Scream Queens, Billie Lourd has proved her versatility in the industry since 2015. The American Horror story franchise veteran has starred in high-profile projects in a short span. In the fifth episode of the FX series, Lourd played a character named Liv Whitney, a woman desperate to be pregnant after five failed rounds of IVF. Who are Billie Lourd's Parents?   

The actress was born on July 17, 1992, in Los Angeles, California, to the late actress and writer Carrie Fisher, best known for playing Princess Leia in the Star Wars film, and talent agent, Bryan Lourd. Billie is the couple's only child. She is also the only grandchild of late actress Debbie Reynolds and singer Eddie Fisher.

Lourd's mother, Carrie Fisher, remained a staple in the film industry throughout her career, spanning more than four decades. Her most notable credits include The Princess Diarist, Postcards From the Edge, Wishful Drinking, and Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The Grammy-winning actress passed away from a heart attack in 2016.

A few months before her death, Carrie dropped bombshell news when she revealed she had a 3-months long affair with her co-star, Harrison Ford. Carrie and Bryan were thought to be married, but it was soon found, that they weren't. In 2016, Bryan left the actress for a man; he tied the knots with Bruce Bozzi and later adopted Bozzi's daughter, Ava.

Billie followed in her mother's footsteps when she was still alive. She made her debut alongside her mother in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Billie's prominent family list includes Todd Fisher, Joely Fisher, and actress Tricia Leigh Fisher.   

Billie Lourd Honors Her Late Mother!    

In September 2020, Billie and her fiance, Austen Rydell, stepped into parenthood; they welcomed their first child. With her mother's initials in her son's name, Lourd wrote, "Introducing Kingston Fisher Lourd Rydell." The pair tied the knot on March 12, 2022.

Earlier that year, Lourd remembered her late mother with a lengthy emotional note on mother's day. The Scream Queens actress has been since prepping her toddler under the reflection of Carrie. She recently posted a picture of her son dressed as Princess Leia. Fans wrote, that he is the 'tiniest Star Wars fan' in the making.

Earlier this month, Lourd jetted off to Mexico for a trip along with her fiance and son. Lourd shared a series of pictures of the trio enjoying their stay. Lourd recently sold off her LA Melrose Boulevard home for a whopping $2.8 million.
