Britney Spears Is Engaged to Boyfriend Sam Asghari: The Pop Star Flashes Her 4-Carat Diamond Ring!  

Britney Spears recently announced her engagement to her long-term boyfriend Sam Asghari, an actor and fitness trainer. Spears, 39, posted a video showing off her ring with Sam on Instagram. The popstar captions, 'I can't fu***** believe it.' Asghari, 27, also shared a similar post on his page. 

Asghari's manager, Brandon Cohen, also released an additional statement that read, "The couple made their long-standing relationship official today and are deeply touched by the support, dedication, and love expressed to them." Cohen revealed that Spears' engagement ring was designed by N.Y.C. jeweler Roman Malayev.  

 Spears and Asghari are officially engaged.

Spears and Asghari met on the sets of Spears' 2016 Slumber Party music video. The pair were romantically linked after the video. In early August, Britney had credited Sam for helping her through the hardest times of her life. "Not only has this cute asshole been with me through the hardest years of my life, but he happens to be an extremely good cook," Spears wrote.

While many stars and fans flocked to the couple's comments section to extend their greetings, some fans have been urging the pop star to get a prenup. Concerned fans warn Spears of property disputes in the event of a divorce in the future. Winning many hearts, Asghari has responded to the advice.

The 29 years old actor writes, "Thank you to everyone who is concerned about the prenup, Of course we're getting [an] iron-clad prenup to protect my Jeep and shoe collection in case she dumps me one day." Britney is battling to end her conservatorship against her father, Jamie Spears, who has served as her conservator since 2009. The next court hearing is set for September 29.  

The Toxic singer hasn't been very lucky in her romantic life. In a career spanning more than 2 decades, Spears has had countless rumored relationships and flings. Her first marriage with a childhood friend named Jason Alexander was a shocker. They got married in 2004 and then got divorced 55 hours later. Spears married Kevin Federline in 2004; the couple went on to have two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James. The couple divorced in 2007.
