Chris Hemsworth Shares An Impressive 'Devil's Workout' Session On Instagram Which Looks Daunting Yet Fun!

Chris Hemsworth shared on Instagram a pretty daunting yet fun exercise combination.

Chris Hemsworth is a huge man; he is six feet three inches tall and weighs only about 220lbs. For anyone who spends some time in the gym knows 220 pound is a shredded weight for a six-foot above person. Just by looking at the man you know, Chris carries little body fat and pretty low water weight. Toned and well-defined muscles, perfect striation, and great volume are what you will see when looking at Chris Hemsworth.

After the fat turn in Avengers: Endgame (we know he was wearing a fat suit) he is back looking like the man we fell in love with a long time ago. The muscular tones and the volume is years of hard work, and he worked for every ounce of those fat-free muscles. Chris gave a little insight into his diet a little time ago, but now he is showing us a little of his training regime.

Recently the Thor actor posted a video on Instagram along with fitness guru and nutritionist, Luke Zocchi where the two fitness junkies seem to be doing a modified version of the HIIT (high-intensity interval training) called “The Devil’s Burn.”

In the video, Luke explains it is six rounds, six reps, and six exercises. The exercise is started by Chris, who used an EZ barbell with what looks like 45 pounds plate on each side. A close grip deadlift which turns into a snatch and curl, then a behind the head triceps exercise and finally brought to the front and five more reps of the same thing.

As soon as the deadlift turned triceps exercise is done, Chris moves to the wire where he does reverse push-ups and Luke starts his run with the barbell.

The third exercise in the devil’s workout is a kettlebell shoulder plus glutes, and quads exercise, which really looks painful.

Then Chris moves to the gymnastic rope where he uses the rings to do pull up and then transitions to balance ball where he is doing squats as well as back and chest exercise with an elastic band.

Finally, Chris transitions to a medicine ball to activate the shoulders, traps, and the back to finish the round. Luke is tired and lies on the ground while Chris tells him five more rounds to go.

This is not for the faint of heart, just kidding; it looks really daunting and let us tell you, the first exercise is going to be a lot of problems to start things off. We love the exercise though, it looks difficult, yet it seems to be a lot of fun to try it out with your gym partner.

Just a disclaimer; we will not be doing those exercises; it is for Thor and not for mere mortals like us.
