Christina Anstead and Ant Anstead Celebrate the First Marriage Anniversary

Christina Anstead and Ant Anstead celebrated one year of their marriage.

Well, it seems like just yesterday, we reported this couple's marriage. It's true, time flies, but we are at least happy this time as the 23rd of December marked the First Anniversary of Christina Anstead and Ant Anstead. The couple is happily married for one year, which the 'HGTV' star announced on her social media. Taking to her Instagram account, Anstead uploaded a video of their wedding from a ago.

Christina wrote, "1 year ago today! I still get emotional watching this! What a year it’s been. I was two weeks pregnant with baby Hudson here and had no idea. @ant_anstead I love you, our blended family and this life with you. ❤️."

Well, even Ant seemed excited for their marriage anniversary as the star also shared series wedding pictures on his Instagram. Ant wrote, "Holy smokes!!!! A year ago! And what a year! 😳😍 We have done enough for several lifetimes! I am blessed, I am lucky, I am loved, I am full, I am happy, I am yours,” he wrote in his post. “You saved me, and you complete me!!!! 🔥🔥❤️ You are PERFECT!!! My wife! 😍 x." 

Though it's just been a year to their marriage, the couple is together for two years. In October, the couple celebrated their two years of togetherness.  On a rather long Instagram post back in October, Christina wrote, "two years ago today, Ant called me for the first time. I had just left @wecarespaca (where I had checked myself in for three days of fasting my mind body and spirit) while there, I had focused on making positive changes in my life." 

She further added, "On October 27th, the first night of my stay after Reiki and spiritual healing, a lot of emotions came up, and I was feeling sad about a lot of things. I called my friend @claytonjennings1 and asked him to pray for me. He prayed I would find a man who treated my kids and me with love and respect that I would no longer play small, I would step into the life I deserved and that from that day forward, everything would begin to fall into place."

Christina concluded her message saying, "The next day I woke up with a text from a friend of ours named Walter who had just met Ant and thought we were the perfect fit. 2 kids, similar careers, just gone through a divorce and he was a nice guy. he seemed too good to be true, but the timing of the Clayton call seemed like Fate was dealing me a lucky hand."
