Jeff Lowe Says New ‘Tiger King’ Episode is Coming to Netflix

Tiger King is not done yet!

As per the zoo owner Jeff Lowe, Netflix is set to release an extra episode of the hit docu-series 'Tiger King' next week. Lowe revealed the details of the new episode in a Cameo video posted by Los Angeles Dodgers’ third baseman Justin Turner.

In the video, Lowe stated: “Netflix is adding one more episode. It will be on next week. They’re filming here tomorrow.” Meanwhile, it’s yet to be confirmed if the new episode will serve as the follow up to the show or more of a reunion.

Directed by Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin, 'Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness,' or simply 'Tiger King' is a true-crime documentary revolving around the life of former zoo operator and convicted felon Joe Exotic.

Premiering on Netflix on March 20, the mini-series is the latest obsession in the streaming platform, with a considerable rise in viewers thanks to the ongoing lockdown and periods of self-isolation.

The series showcases Joe Exotic’s exploits of hundreds of tigers and several rare animals as a private zoo owner. He eventually ends up with a 22-year prison sentence for the murder-for-hire plot against his rival Carole Baskin.
