Josh Duggar Claims He is Innocent

Josh Duggar is Pleading Not Guilty: Demands to See State's Evidence Against Him!  

Joshua James Duggar, 33, was arrested in April with two counts of child pornography. The 19 and Counting On alum is claiming he is innocent. Duggar's legal team has filed a motion requesting the state to provide them with evidence of child pornography. The former TV star is pleading not guilty to the two charges. He has requested the court to postpone his trials.

In court papers, obtained exclusively by The Sun, the documents state, "The Government disclosed to the defense a screen shot. However, the screen shot does not identify what it is a screen shot of and the Government has not provided any information concerning the ‘Summary' or ‘Investigative Activity."  

 Duggar's legal team has asked the court to provide them with evidence.

As per Duggar's team, "the case is complex, and it relies on computer forensic evidence and anticipated expert opinion testimony.” Josh had appeared before U.S Magistrate Judge Erin Wiedemann in May. Even then, Duggar had pleaded 'not guilty to the two charges.

Judge Erin had declined bail for Duggar. He was held at Washington County jail and later allowed to live with a third-party custodian. The judge ruled, "He must live in a location with no minor." Josh is currently living with the Reber family at their mansion in Elkins, Arkansas.

His wife, Anna Duggar, has been candidly backing her disgraced husband all this while. The mother of six, and pregnant with the seventh, believes her husband is innocent. As per the orders, Josh has unlimited access to his kids, with Anna present. Josh's trial is reportedly moved to November.
